Sports Mole rounds up all of Liverpool's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Saturday's Premier League fixture against Watford.

Liverpool return to action on Saturday afternoon with a Premier League encounter against struggling Watford.

The Merseyside giants went into the international break sitting one point adrift of leaders Manchester City with nine matches remaining.

However, the club's injury situation has significantly improved over the past two weeks, and Jurgen Klopp will be optimistic that his players can move ahead of City in the early kickoff at Anfield.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Liverpool's latest injury and suspension news ahead of their meeting with the Hornets.

Trent Alexander-Arnold

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Hamstring
Possible return date: April 2 (vs. Watford)

Just before the international break, Klopp revealed that Trent Alexander-Arnold had suffered a hamstring injury which would keep him out for a number of weeks. However, speaking to the media on Friday, Klopp suggested that the right-back could feature in the squad this weekend.

Naby Keita

Status: Minor doubt
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: April 2 (vs. Watford)

Having been forced to withdraw from international duty with a knee injury, Naby Keita is an obvious fitness doubt ahead of this fixture. Nevertheless, the issue was described as being "minor", so the midfielder could feature in the squad for Saturday's fixture.

LIVERPOOL'S SUSPENSION LIST

Liverpool have no players suspended for this game.
