Sports Mole rounds up Liverpool's latest injury and suspension news ahead of Monday's Premier League clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Sports Mole

Liverpool will be looking to return to winning ways in the Premier League when they travel to Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday night.

The Reds have lost six of their last seven league matches to drop down to eighth position in the table, seven points behind fourth-placed Chelsea in the race for a Champions League finish.

Jurgen Klopp's side managed to advance to the quarter-finals of the Champions League on Wednesday night, though, as they recorded a 2-0 win over RB Leipzig in the second leg of their last-16 tie.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up all of Liverpool's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the contest.

Roberto Firmino

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: March 15 (vs. Wolves)

Roberto Firmino has missed Liverpool's last two matches with a knee problem, and the Brazil international remains a doubt for Monday's trip to Molineux.

Jordan Henderson

Status: Out
Type of injury: Groin
Possible return date: Unknown

Jordan Henderson was forced to undergo surgery on a groin injury he picked up against Everton, and the Liverpool captain will not be available for selection until after the March international break.

Joel Matip

Status: Out
Type of injury: Ankle
Possible return date: Unknown

Liverpool will be without the services of Joel Matip for the remainder of the season, with the central defender currently undergoing treatment for an ankle problem.

Joe Gomez

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Liverpool are also expected to be without the services of Joe Gomez for the remainder of the season, with the centre-back suffering a serious knee injury while on international duty with England in November.

Virgil van Dijk

Status: Out
Type of injury: Knee
Possible return date: Unknown

Virgil van Dijk has made strong progress in his recovery from a serious knee injury, but it is unlikely that the Netherlands international will feature for the Reds before the end of the campaign.

Caoimhin Kelleher

Status: Major doubt
Type of injury: Knock
Possible return date: March 15 (vs. Wolves)

Goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher has been struggling with a knock in recent weeks, and the 22-year-old remains a major doubt for this contest, having again been absent against Leipzig on Wednesday night.

LIVERPOOL'S SUSPENSION LIST

Liverpool have no players suspended for the clash with Wolves.
