Craig Bellamy reveals Liverpool need to learn how to enjoy their football again.

Liverpool forward Craig Bellamy has insisted Liverpool players need to learn to enjoy their football to bring league success back to Anfield.

Despite reaching two cup finals an inconsistent Premier League season blighted by poor home form ultimately cost manager Kenny Dalglish his job.

Bellamy thinks Liverpool need to focus on enjoying playing at such a big club rather than fear the consequences of under performing.

"All clubs are different," Bellamy told Goal.com. "Some clubs are vocal, such as West Ham back when I was training with them.

"We had a lot of lads who were loud and witty, not afraid to speak out. It made training fun, day in day out it was comical.

"Liverpool's more of a quiet place, more serious. I guess because Liverpool is a big club, very professionally run, it's almost like some of the players have forgotten how to enjoy themselves.

"It could be the pressure that comes with playing for such a big club.

"The lads need to remember to enjoy the game and the environment, and not take negative results too hard."

Bellamy scored nine goals in all competitions in his first season back at Anfield and will be hoping to become a firm part of new manager Brendan Rodgers's plans for next season.
