Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has said that it he is "delighted" with his side's 4-2 victory over Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this evening.
The Reds kept pace with Manchester City and Arsenal at the top of the table courtesy of goals from Emre Can, Dejan Lovren, Joel Matip and Roberto Firmino in a six-goal thriller in London.
Henderson acknowledged that there is room for improvement following some familiar defensive errors, but believes that his side dealt with the setbacks well.
"It's a difficult place to come. It was a battle throughout game but, in the second half, we managed the game well. Then we managed to finish the game off and, overall, we are delighted," he told BT Sport.
"We need to look back at the game and at the mistakes, but we forgot about that and moved on.
"I've said before we just need to concentrate on our game. We are not getting ahead of ourselves and taking it game by game."
Liverpool's next match sees them host Watford at Anfield a week on Sunday.
