Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp has insisted that he is "completely satisfied" following his side's 0-0 draw away at Tottenham Hotspur.
Klopp made his managerial debut in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon, when his side were able to battle to earn a hard-fought point at White Hart Lane.
"It was an open game, we had our chances, they had theirs which were obviously better, but if we can play better football we will be stronger next time," Klopp told BT Sport after the contest.
"We were a little but nervous when we had the ball and the pace was frantic. We need to improve but after three days I'm happy, I'm completely satisfied with a 0-0 draw. It was a good first step and I can work with the performance.
"The first 20 minutes of the game I didn't have much influence on the game because the crowd were loud and the players started well."
Klopp's side currently hold 10th spot in the league standings after nine games played.
