Sadio Mane has praised his teammates and manager Jurgen Klopp for helping him in his first few months at Liverpool.
The Senegal international has impressed since joining the Merseyside club from Southampton for £34m in the summer transfer window.
The 24-year-old has scored four goals and produced four assists in nine games for the Reds this season.
"It's very important for footballers, especially when you're new, to start well because it gives you confidence and it makes everything easier," Mane told the club's official website.
"My teammates have made me [start well] because the quality of the team is unbelievable, so I am happy for that and I want to thank everyone, especially the coach because he has helped me a lot.
"We all know each other and we train together. From the work in training, then in the game it comes easier. If you know each other well in the team, things are easier. It's good [here]. I like the city, there are very nice people here and my teammates and coach, too. I love to be a part of Liverpool Football Club and I'm enjoying it."
Mane is expected to feature in tonight's Premier League match against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
