Liverpool star Sadio Mane has heaped praise upon his teammates after his brace helped Liverpool to UEFA Super Cup glory on Wednesday.
The Senegalese forward had equalised in the 48th minute, before briefly putting the Reds ahead five minutes into extra time as they went on to win on penalties in Istanbul.
Mane told UEFA.com: "To be honest, I think I was just a lucky boy.
"I think all the credit should go to my teammates, especially Bobby (Roberto Firmino) - he could have scored but he preferred to give it to me.
"I think this is how we play at Liverpool. We play for each other and we always enjoy playing for each other and giving each other passes. I think that makes us strong."
Mane will return to St Mary's to face his former side Southampton this weekend.
