Liverpool first-team development coach Pepijn Lijnders has stated that working with manager Jurgen Klopp is "like a masterclass".
The Dutchman was kept on by Klopp when the German coach took the reins at Anfield in October, having been promoted from the academy during the summer under his predecessor Brendan Rodgers.
Lijnders has admitted that he has been impressed with what he has seen from the former Borussia Dortmund boss so far.
"For me as a young coach learning from the best, it's the same as [the young players]," the 32-year-old told Liverpool's official website.
"It's like a masterclass every day, it's very simple. You go to a congress and you see that one speaker and you like him and you think 'wow'.
"If you can work with that speaker every day that would be [fantastic] and that's the situation I'm in at the moment."
Lijnders joined Liverpool in 2014.
