Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has tipped Jordan Henderson, Raheem Sterling and Daniel Sturridge to establish themselves as key members of the England squad.
All three are included in the squad that entertains Norway on Wednesday, and the Reds manager believes that his trio of players will shine for the Three Lions for "years to come".
TheFA.com quotes him as saying: "[Sterling], Daniel Sturridge and Jordan Henderson are playing at a leading club and showing really good tactical awareness and energy.
"They're going to do well for Roy Hodgson in the years to come."
All three players were part of the squad that were eliminated at the group stages of the World Cup.
