Liverpool midfielder Jay Spearing is relishing the prospect of meeting the Reds' Merseyside rivals Everton in the FA Cup semi-final.
Kenny Dalglish's side travel to Wembley for the second time this season after defeating Stoke City 2-1 at Anfield yesterday.
"For myself, it's a massive confidence boost and for the team too," Spearing told the club's official website. "We've been there once and won, so there's no reason we can't go there with plenty of confidence and hopefully get to the final.
"For the club and for Merseyside, [a Liverpool vs. Everton semi-final] would be special. For both clubs it would be massive to get the supporters down there for the semi-final.
"It's every player's dream to go and play at Wembley and it will be extra special if it's an all-Merseyside semi-final. We've got all the confidence to go there and try and get through to the final."
Everton will go up against Sunderland in an FA Cup quarter-final replay following the side's 1-1 draw with the Black Cats at Goodison Park.
