Suarez wants victory for Lucas

Luis Suarez hopes that he can dedicate a Liverpool victory over Fulham tonight to long-term injured midfielder Lucas Leiva.

Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has revealed that he will dedicate victory to injured Lucas Leiva if the Reds pick up all three points against Fulham tonight.

The 24-year-old Brazilian was ruled out for six months last week following a knee injury suffered during Liverpool's 2-0 win over Chelsea in the Carling Cup quarter-final.

Suarez tweeted: "Concentrated for tonight's game! Hope We win and dedicate victory to Lucas!! YNWA."

Lucas recently spoke about his long-term injury, insisting that he will "come back stronger" next season.
