Norwich City defender Andre Wisdom has revealed that he still hopes to be a success at parent club Liverpool.
The 22-year-old right-back joined the Canaries on a season-long loan this week as he gears up to help the Premier League new boys retain their top-flight status.
However, Wisdom, who signed a five-year extension with the Reds earlier this summer, believes that his long-term future remains at Anfield.
"I think I've developed and improved from the loans at Derby and West Brom," he is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"I'm still young, still learning, so going on loan will help me long term over my career. I know myself better now and what it takes to remain in the Premier League. I hopefully can make it at Liverpool but that's not for me to decide.
"So I've got to keep working hard and prove myself at this level this season."
Wisdom has made 14 league appearances for Liverpool.
