Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has supposedly emerged as a candidate for the Barcelona job.
The Blaugrana's current boss Ronald Koeman is set to discuss his future with Joan Laporta in the coming weeks, with a 2-1 defeat to Celta Vigo on Sunday evening dashing their La Liga title chances.
Koeman has affirmed that he wants to remain in charge of Barca next term, but only if he has the "absolute confidence" of the club amid uncertainty surrounding his future.
Should the Catalan giants go in search of a new general for the 2021-22 season, Marca claims that Liverpool manager Klopp is on the shortlist.
The 53-year-old's future has also been called into question following Liverpool's underwhelming season, but his deal at Anfield does not expire until 2024, and the Reds boss has previously insisted that he will stay for the duration of his contract.
Former Barcelona midfielder Xavi is also thought to be a candidate to replace Koeman, whose side can now only hope for a third-placed finish in Spain's top flight. body check tags ::
