Hertha Berlin are reportedly eyeing up a summer move for out-of-favour Liverpool goalkeeper Loris Karius.
The German recently cut short his two-year loan spell with Turkish side Besiktas amid a dispute regarding unpaid wages, and the shot-stopper is said to be facing an uncertain future at Anfield.
Karius is currently back in Germany where he spent five years with Mainz 05 prior to his 2016 transfer to Liverpool, and the 26-year-old could supposedly be in line for a permanent switch back to the Bundesliga.
According to Goal, Karius has been deemed surplus to requirements by Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp and is all but guaranteed to leave Merseyside this summer.
The report claims that Hertha are among several sides to have made contact with the Reds over the goalkeeper's availability, and the two parties are on good terms due to Marko Grujic's current loan spell at the Olympiastadion.
Karius will see his current Liverpool deal expire in 2022.
