Liverpool defender Glen Johnson has admitted that he is unsure if he will remain at Anfield, with discussions over a new contract yet to take place.
The 29-year-old joined the club in 2009 and has been a regular in the side as they seek a first league title in 24 years.
However, Johnson's contract will run out next year and Liverpool may decide to cash in on the player during the summer rather than let him leave on a free, but the full-back insists that he would like to remain on Merseyside.
He told the Daily Star: "I haven't heard anything. So I'll just have to get through the next few games and see what happens.
"Of course, it's not nice not knowing what you're going to be doing in the future.
"I've enjoyed every minute here and I'd love to stay longer. But at the moment I don't know what the club's plans are."
Johnson hasrecently been linked with a move to Real Madrid.
