Juventus have reportedly decided to wait until next summer to sign Emre Can once the Liverpool midfielder is out of contract.
The Germany international was the subject of intense transfer speculation during the summer and is yet to commit his future at Anfield, with his current deal due to expire in June 2018.
Can's contract standoff has reportedly alerted the Serie A champions, who are still believed to be keen on signing the 23-year-old after failing to make headway for his signature this summer.
According to Calciomercato, however, Juve have backtracked on the idea of rekindling their interest in January and will wait until the end of the season when Can becomes a free agent.
Can has scored twice and registered two assists in nine Liverpool appearances this season.
