Jurgen Klopp is reportedly closing in on his first signing as Liverpool manager, with Marko Grujic said to be on the verge of agreeing a deal with the Reds.
Liverpool have won the race to sign the Red Star Belgrade teenager, who would be loaned back to the Serbian club for the second half of the season if a deal were struck in January, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Grujic, 19, recently posted a link to an article about Liverpool's interest on his Facebook page with two smiling emojis, suggesting further that he is on the verge of joining the Reds.
Inter Milan are also thought to be keen on signing the midfielder, who was part of the Serbia squad that won the FIFA Under-20 World Cup in New Zealand in June.
