Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has laughed off reports that his side are interested in signing Nabil Fekir and Ousmane Dembele this summer.
Speculation emerged during the Reds' 1-0 defeat to Chelsea this afternoon that the club had agreed terms over a deal for Fekir in the region of £62m, with Lyon understood to be willing to sell the striker when the transfer window reopens.
Barcelona youngster Dembele has also been mentioned as a transfer target for the Champions League finalists, but Klopp refused to comment on the rumours.
"During the game we agreed a deal? I would be surprised about that!" Klopp told reporters at his post-match press conference.
"But no comment. [Dembele] is on the market? Now I'm interested! No, seriously I never comment on transfer rumours."
Liverpool's defeat at Stamford Bridge leaves them third in the Premier League table and now only three points clear of fifth-placed Chelsea having played a game more than the Blues.
