Liverpool striker Rickie Lambert has reportedly undergone a medical with West Bromwich Albion ahead of a transfer.
The 33-year-old is believed to have been granted a move by the Reds just one season after joining his boyhood club from Southampton.
The England international failed to make his mark at Anfield having scored just three times in 36 appearances under manager Brendan Rodgers.
According to Sky Sports News, after opening talks with Liverpool earlier this week, the Baggies are close to completing a deal for Lambert as the frontman has undergone a medical today.
Lambert moved to Anfield from the Saints for around £4m last summer.
