Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign Burnley striker Danny Ings, subject to a medical.
The frontman is soon to be out of contract with the Championship side and will join the Anfield club on July 1 having already agreed personal terms.
It is thought that the Clarets will be entitled to some form of compensation for the 22-year-old, but it is understood that the clubs are yet to agree a fee for the player.
Ings bagged 11 goals in 35 Premier League games for Burnley last season, and will now look to prepare for the coming Under-21 European Championships later this month.
