Liverpool are reportedly on the brink of completing a deal for Burnley striker Danny Ings.
The English forward had been heavily linked with a switch to the Merseyside club before the end of the mid-season transfer window.
According to The Independent, however, the Reds are likely to reach agreement with the Clarets for the 21-year-old to move to Anfield in June for a fee of around £5m.
Burnley are thought to have dismissed January bids to lure the player away from Turf Moor as manager Sean Dyche looked to keep his team's quest for Premier League survival on track.
Ings has also been linked with a summer switch to La Liga outfit Real Sociedad.
