Liverpool reportedly have everything in place to complete the signing of Fulham midfielder Fabio Carvalho.
The Merseyside giants had been on the brink of signing the prospect on transfer deadline day in January, only for paperwork to remain uncompleted once the winter window had closed.
With Carvalho having less than six months remaining on his contract, he is free to hold discussions with foreign clubs, a scenario which has the potential to put Liverpool at risk of missing out on the deal.
However, according to Football Insider, there is an 'agreement in principle' for the move to still take place as planned at the start of the summer window.
The report adds that both clubs do not want a fee to be decided by a tribunal, the desire being to reach an acceptable compromise which will benefit all parties.
Carvalho, who does not turn 20 until August, has enjoyed an excellent campaign in the Championship this season, contributing seven goals and six assists from 27 appearances.
