Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has reportedly made in-demand youngster Ben Woodburn available to take on loan during the January transfer window.
The 18-year-old, who became the Reds' youngest-ever goalscorer last year when netting against Leeds United in the EFL Cup, has so far been held back from leaving Merseyside on a temporary basis.
According to the Daily Mail, however, Klopp feels that the time is right for the Wales international to gain first-team experience elsewhere, with a number of clubs lining up loan offers.
Woodburn is expected to drop down to the Championship, with Sunderland - managed by ex-Wales boss Chris Coleman - considered the frontrunners to land his signature.
The same report suggests that the Liverpool academy product, restricted to one first-team outing this term, has also attracted interest from Leeds, Premier League side Huddersfield Town and Bundesliga outfit Hannover.
