Liverpool have reportedly rejected a bid from Manchester City for defender Daniel Agger.
The 27-year-old, who is contracted to the Reds until June 2014, recently hinted that he wanted to sign a new deal at Anfield.
Despite the player's commitment to his current employers, City, Real Madrid and Barcelona are believed to be tracking him this summer.
City lodged a £13m bid for Agger on Sunday but it was rejected a day later, according to the Daily Star.
Agger made 27 Premier League appearances last season - six more than Jamie Carragher.
