Liverpool have reportedly turned down a loan bid from Serie A side Roma for Mamadou Sakho.
The French international was left out of Brendan Rodgers's squad for their Premier League opener against Stoke City last weekend and was said to be unimpressed by his omission.
Sakho, who was present at the Britannia Stadium last Sunday, has been heavily linked with a switch to the Giallorossi in recent weeks.
However, the Daily Star claims that Roma had a loan move rejected by the Merseysiders for the 25-year-old.
Sahko joined the Reds from Paris Saint-Germain in 2013.
