Liverpool are reportedly keeping a close eye on the development of Borussia Dortmund attacker Giovanni Reyna as the Premier League champions consider a future move.
The 17-year-old made his first-team debut for BVB earlier this year and has since featured on 18 occasions in all competitions, scoring once and providing two assists.
According to journalist Jan Aage Fjortoft, Liverpool are "paying special attention to Dortmund", with Reyna, as well as Erling Braut Haaland, on the club's list of targets for the future.
"I think they [Liverpool] are paying special attention to Dortmund. The American Gio Reyna and, of course, Erling Haaland," Fjortoft told Empire of the Kop.
Reyna, who is the son of former Manchester City player Claudio Reyna, was born in Sunderland but has turned out for the United States at youth level.
The teenager was a regular for his German club after the lockdown period, featuring in seven of their final nine Bundesliga matches of the 2019-20 campaign.
