Liverpool are reportedly preparing to reignite their interest in Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.
The Reds were one of many clubs linked with the former Rennes youngster in the summer following the departure of Georginio Wijnaldum, whom they are yet to properly replace.
Camavinga elected to pen a six-year deal with Real Madrid during the final knockings of the summer window, but he has found consistent starts hard to come by under Carlo Ancelotti.
As a result, El Nacional claims that Camavinga "regrets" making the move to the Bernabeu, and the 19-year-old is hopeful of securing at least a loan and possibly a permanent exit in 2022.
The report adds that Jurgen Klopp has identified Camavinga as an ideal addition to his engine room, and the Reds could land him for a fee of €45m (£37.9m).
Camavinga has scored one goal and set up one more in 17 appearances for Real Madrid but has started just five La Liga games this term. body check tags ::
