Liverpool have reportedly had a bid turned down by Borussia Dortmund for teenage midfielder Christian Pulisic.
The promising 17-year-old has attracted the eye in the German club's academy, and went on to score two goals in nine Bundesliga appearances after making his senior debut in February.
Liverpool were recently reported to have tabled an £11m offer for Pulisic after tracking him over the past year, but Kicker claims that the Reds have failed with a £10m bid.
The midfielder, who became the youngest ever USA international to play in a World Cup qualifier earlier this year, has also been linked with Stoke City and CSKA Moscow.
The report adds that Dortmund are confident of keeping hold of Pulisic this season.
