Liverpool loanee Divock Origi has revealed that he would like to make his switch to Anfield in January instead of July.
Under the terms of the Reds' deal agreed with previous club Lille, the 19-year-old striker would remain at the Ligue 1 outfit until the end of the 2014-15 season.
However, Origi is quoted by the Daily Star as saying: "It's not me who makes the decisions, but if the club choose to let me go in January, I would go. I would like to join Liverpool then.
"I'm here at Lille, and it's fine. They are a good club and they have helped me, but it is also frustrating. I can't wait to be playing in the Premier League."
Liverpool are currently struggling in front of goal, with main striker Daniel Sturridge out injured.
