Liverpool have reportedly opened talks with Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda as they look to replace Simon Mignolet.
The Reds' first-choice keeper has come under scrutiny once again this season, while his number two Adam Bogdan has also been criticised of late.
Despite reports that Liverpool have offered Mignolet a new contract, there are rumours that the Merseyside outfit are keen to bring in a new shot-stopper in the January transfer window.
According to French website Le Phoceen, the Premier League club have begun discussing a potential transfer with Mandanda, who comes to the end of his Marseille contract in the summer.
As well as France's second-choice goalkeeper, Liverpool have also been linked with Lazio's Federico Marchetti and Fernando Muslera, who plays for Galatasaray.
