A report in Italy has claimed that Roma could launch a second approach for Liverpool defender Mamadou Sakho during the January transfer window.
It is believed that the Serie A outfit saw a loan bid for the centre-back rejected by the Merseysiders in the summer.
The 25-year-old has since signed a new contract at Anfield, but that has not stopped Roma officials from plotting to make a second bid in the winter, according to Corriere dello Sport.
Sakho joined the Reds from Paris Saint-Germain for £18m in 2013 and he has since gone on to make over 50 appearances for the Premier League club.
