Liverpool winger Oussama Assaidi has joined Stoke City on a season-long loan deal.
The 25-year-old had been linked with a host of clubs, including Queens Park Rangers, but following discussions with Stoke manager Mark Hughes he has decided to commit himself to the Potters for the next 12 months.
"Oussama had a few options and I'm delighted he has chosen to join us. He's an exciting player, who has great pace and is very direct and will certainly add another dimension to what we already have at the club," Hughes told the club's official website.
Assaidi has become Stoke's fourth signing of the transfer window following the arrivals of Erik Pieters, Marc Muniesa and Juan Agudelo.
