Jurgen Klopp is eyeing a move to bring his former Borussia Dortmund centre-back Neven Subotic to Liverpool in January, according to a report.
Subotic was a regular starter under Klopp at the Bundesliga side, but has fallen out of favour under his replacement Thomas Tuchel and has featured just twice in the first four months of the current campaign.
According to German publication Bild, Klopp is keen on reuniting with the 26-year-old Serbian international as he remains as big fan of the defender.
The report claims that Subotic would be open to the move, as his desire to stay at Dortmund has waned due to his lack of playing time this season.
Subotic has played nearly 250 times for the German club since Klopp signed him from fellow Bundesliga side Mainz in 2008.
