England striker Daniel Sturridge has admitted that he is "gutted" to be going home from the World Cup.
The Three Lions meet Costa Rica in their final group game on Tuesday knowing that they are already eliminated following back-to-back defeats in their opening fixtures.
The Liverpool forward took to Twitter to say: "Gutted my world cup will be over tomorrow.. Seriously been one of the best experiences I've had in my life. God willing I play in one again."
Sturridge will start against the Central American nation, after manager Roy Hodgson named his team in the pre-match press conference.
