Toulouse have slumped to their fourth defeat in five Ligue 1 matches with a 1-0 loss at Lorient.
The only goal of the contest came on the stroke of half time when Benjamin Corgnet rifled the ball into the top corner.
Lorient had chances to double their lead in the second half through Jeremie Aliadiere and Gilles Sunu, but they were unable to add to their tally.
Despite the victory, Christian Gourcuff's side have remained in 11th place in the table, while Toulouse stay in eighth.
