Lyon coach Remi Garde has said that he is satisfied with his side's 0-0 draw away at FC Chornomorets Odesa in the Europa League last night.
The French side had fielded a new-look formation, as they were held to a goalless draw thanks to a standout performance from Odesa goalkeeper Yevhen Past.
"We need to remain prudent. We kept a clean sheet but we also didn't score, and that's pretty important in an away game," Garde told reporters after the game.
"It was a new formation for the players and I liked the way they handled it. They were very concentrated and it's a satisfying result for us.
"Young players grow up by playing matches like these."
Lyon currently occupy sixth place in the Ligue 1 table.
