Lyon have extended their lead at the top of Ligue 1 with a 2-0 win over Metz at Stade Gerland.
Guido Milan was sent off for the visitors shortly before the half-hour mark after bringing down Rachid Ghezzal, and Alexandre Laczette punished Metz with the resulting penalty.
Lacazette tucked home for his 21st goal of the campaign, but was later forced off with what was reportedly a hamstring strain.
Corentin Tolisso struck an 83rd-minute second for Lyon when he curled an effort into the bottom corner.
