Lyon have gone top of Ligue 1 after they beat Evian TG 2-0 thanks to a goal from Clement Grenier and a penalty from Alexandre Lacazette.
Grenier broke the deadlock 20 minutes into the game when his free kick flew into the top right-hand corner.
The hosts then doubled their lead from the penalty spot as Lacazette scored his 25th goal of the season, after Corentin Tolisso was brought down in the box.
Evian had a couple of decent chances to get themselves back into the game in the second half, with Gilles Sunu's header going just over.
Clarck N'Sikulu also had a headed chance go close, but again failed to test the goalkeeper.
Lyon piled on the pressure towards the end of the game as Steed Malbranque and Nabil Fekir both had shots blocked as they pushed for a third.
A 2-0 win was enough to take Lyon to the top of the Ligue 1 table, level of points with Paris Saint-Germain.
