Lyon are in talks with star striker Alexandre Lacazette over a new deal at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais, club president Jean-Michel Aulas has confirmed.
The 25-year-old is one of the French club's most highly-rated players and has scored a total of nine goals in his nine appearances in all competitions this season.
Speaking after Lyon's 2-1 victory over Toulouse on Saturday, which put them eighth in Ligue 1, Aulas told reporters: "I would like for us to be able to extend Alexandre's contract."
Lacazette is said to be on the radar of numerous teams across Europe, including West Ham United.
