North Macedonia will be looking to bounce back from defeat in their opening Euro 2020 Group C match with a victory when they face Ukraine on Thursday.
After a valiant effort against Austria, manager Igor Angelovski may decide to stick with the same starting lineup in Bucharest.
The 45-year-old could be tempted to use a more attack-minded formation, as he has done in previous matches this year, but the 3-5-2 formation, which was used on Sunday, is the setup he will most likely stick with.
Darko Velkovski, Visar Musliu and Stefan Ristovski are all set to keep their places in the back three, while midfielder Boban Nikolov could start again at right wing-back.
Key duo Aleksandar Trajkovski and Ezgjan Alioski both received yellow cards in the opening game and are now just one booking away from a suspension. Nevertheless, both players are set to start up front and at left wing-back respectively.
Trajkovski is set to be joined in attack by captain Goran Pandev, who scored North Macedonia's first ever goal at a major tournament against Austria, and the 37-year-old also became the second oldest goalscorer at the European Championships.
In midfield, Arijan Ademi and Enis Bardhi will likely start alongside Napoli playmaker Eljif Elmas, although Ferhan Hasani will be hoping that he can force his way into the first XI.
North Macedonia possible starting lineup: Dimitrievski; S.Ristevski, Velkovski, Musliu; Nikolov, Bardhi, Ademi, Elmas, Alioski; Pandev, Trajkovski
