Javi Gracia is reportedly close to becoming the new head coach of Malaga.
The Spaniard stepped down from his position with Osasuna at the end of the 2013-14 season after the Pamplona outfit were relegated from La Liga.
According to AS, however, Gracia will soon return to Spain's top flight, with Malaga preparing to appoint the 44-year-old on a long-term deal.
Former Barcelona boss Gerardo Martino has already reportedly turned down the chance to become the new manager of Malaga this summer.
Gracia also managed Almeria during the 2012-13 season.
