Malaga striker Salomon Rondon could be on his way out this summer after beginning negotiations with an unnamed club.
The Spanish club made the announcement on their official website to explain why the Venezuelan striker was left out of the squad on a pre-season tour to Italy.
"The player remained in the capital of the Costa del Sol because he is immersed in negotiations after an offer was received in the offices of the Rosaleda stadium," said the statement.
Reports in the Spanish media suggest that the club that Rondon is talking to is Russian outfit Rubin Kazan.
