Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has insisted that he is pleased with his side's performance during their 1-1 draw with Celtic in the Champions League this evening.
City were already guaranteed second place in Group C heading into the match, but were forced to settle for a home draw against the group's bottom side after Kelechi Iheanacho had cancelled out Patrick Roberts's early opener against his parent club.
Guardiola handed playing time to the likes of Pablo Maffeo and Tosin Adarabioyo for the dead rubber, and he was happy with what he saw from his youngsters.
"I am so happy for the young players, we played well. There is no pressure on Kelechi Iheanacho, he just has to do his job," he told reporters.
"Patrick Roberts's goal was fantastic, he is a good player. We will think about him at the end of the season."
City have now won just one of their last six home games in all competitions.
