Manchester City midfielder James Milner has claimed that he and his teammates will not accept that they are out of the Champions League until it is mathematically impossible to reach the knockout rounds.
The North West outfit are currently at the bottom of their group, which includes Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund and Ajax, with just two points.
"We'll be going for it, make no mistake and we will continue to believe until it becomes mathematically impossible," Milner told the club's official website.
"We'll be going out to win and unlikely as it is that we will go through, we want to win our remaining two games and give ourselves at least half a chance. If that's not good enough, at least we can finish with our heads held high knowing that we kept going until the end."
Meanwhile, Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has stated that the Spanish giants will not go easy on the English champions when they come face to face at the Etihad Stadium tomorrow night.
