Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has declared that he is determined to see his team finish top of their Champions League group.
The Sky Blues can secure first place in Group D if they defeat Juventus in Turin on Wednesday evening.
"We qualified [for the last 16] in the last two years and were very unlucky to get the same draw against Barcelona," Pellegrini told reporters.
"This year, I think it's important to be at the top of the group, not only to try to avoid Barcelona or another important team. It's also a test for us to try to win in a difficult stadium in Turin."
City lost 2-1 when they met Juventus in Manchester in September.
