Borussia Dortmund defender Neven Subotic has expressed his anger at the handball decision that was awarded against him during Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Manchester City in the Champions League.
Mario Balotelli rescued a point for City from the penalty spot at the Etihad Stadium after the Serbian was harshly adjudged to have handled Sergio Aguero's shot.
When asked if it was a spot kick, Subotic told Sky Sports News: "Never. Not a chance.
"He shoots from half a yard and I just have my hand. I've just seen the pictures, but obviously I have a hand, I can't cut it off and he hits it.
"I think it's clear to see in the pictures that I wasn't trying to get to the ball because I didn't have time to react. Therefore, it was never in my life a penalty."
The draw has left second-placed Dortmund two points behind leaders Real Madrid in Group C.
