Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure has backed the team to challenge for the Champions League next season.
The newly-crowned Premier League champions got past the group stage for the first time in four attempts during the 2013-14 campaign before eventually losing to Barcelona in the last 16.
However, Toure wants City to go one further next year and lift the trophy.
"Next year I think we will try to bounce back, try to qualify for the first round and second round try to get it," the Ivorian international is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"For me the target is to go far and win the Champions League."
Toure scored 24 goals in all competitions for Manchester City last season.
