Manuel Pellegrini has warned his Manchester City team that they will need to play with '100% intensity' in order to avoid a shock defeat by Middlesbrough in the FA Cup.
The Chilean is expected to ring the changes for the visit of Boro in today's fourth-round clash, having only returned to England on Thursday night following a trip to Abu Dhabi.
Pellegrini played down suggestions that his troops could be jet-lagged following the 4,000-mile trip, but he warns that "problems" will still arise if his team are not focused on eliminating the Championship side.
"We analysed this before we decided to come here. There is just four hours' time difference which we gain so we will not have any jet lag," he told The Express.
"I will try to play the best team we can. If we don't play with 100% of intensity and concentration we are going to have problems."
Aitor Karanka's side sit second in the Championship, one point behind Bournemouth.
