Manchester City have headed into half time level after playing out a goalless first half against Crystal Palace at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon.
The hosts had a sight at goal early on when a quick run from Pablo Zabaleta set up Samir Nasri for a shot, but his finish drifted just wide of the post.
The Frenchman was involved again shortly after when a free kick was cleared as far as Nasri on the edge of the area, but his rebound failed to trouble Julian Speroni.
Frazier Campbell tried to take advantage of some gaps at the back to create an opening for Palace, but his bicycle kick just missed the target.
The visitors continued to look dangerous on the break, with Brede Hangeland flicking it forward for Yannick Bolasie, who held off Zabaleta but could only fire wide.
The Argentine defender had a chance down the other end a few minutes later, taking a touch before trying to chip the ball in, but he tapped it just to the left, leaving the sides level at the interval.
