Manchester City's pursuit of Premier League leaders Liverpool will continue on Saturday when Pep Guardiola's side welcome Manchester United to the Etihad Stadium.
The reigning champions moved to within eight points of the Reds with a 4-1 win at Burnley on Tuesday, although Jurgen Klopp's side will have the chance to stretch the lead back to 11 against Everton on Wednesday.
City have already lost a home Premier League match this season, suffering a 2-0 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers at the start of October.
The Citizens have won three of their last four league clashes with United, though, and will be determined to collect another three points in this weekend's Manchester derby.

Key central defender Aymeric Laporte underwent surgery earlier this season after damaging knee cartilage. The France international claimed earlier this week that he expected to return to action within the next two months, meaning that he could feasibly feature against West Ham United on February 8.

Oleksandr Zinchenko has recently returned to training after recovering from knee surgery, although it remains to to be seen whether Guardiola is prepared to throw him straight back into the XI this weekend.

Sergio Aguero has missed City's last three matches with the thigh injury that he picked up against Chelsea on November 23. The Argentina international will not be available for the Manchester derby but could be involved against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on December 15.
